Acknowledgement of Country

Heroes of Today acknowledges the First Nations peoples of Australia as the Traditional Custodians of this land and recognises the strength and resilience of the world’s oldest continuing cultures. We acknowledge that this land was never ceded.

We pay our respects to Elders past and present and commit to walking gently, listening deeply, and creating spaces grounded in respect, care, and connection.

Heroes of Today is committed to being a welcoming and inclusive community for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and we invite our community to do the same.

October 31st “Halloween” from 5pm to 9.30pm, location: TBA

Family Trivia Night is a relaxed, welcoming space where families come together to laugh, connect, and feel part of something bigger. It’s not about winning — it’s about showing up, sharing moments, and building community.

In a world that can feel busy and disconnected, this night creates space for families to slow down, spend time together, and meet others doing life alongside them. Come as you are, bring your team, and enjoy an evening that reminds us we’re better when we’re connected.

Drag Bingo Night

July 25th “Xmas in July” from 7pm to 11pm, location: TBA

December 5th “Xmas” from 7pm to 11pm, location: TBA

Get ready for a night of laughter, colour, and connection at our Drag Bingo Night Fundraiser — where bold personalities meet classic bingo with a fabulous twist. Expect quick wit, big energy, and plenty of moments that’ll have you laughing along with friends (old and new). It’s not just about the prizes — it’s about coming together for a night that feels joyful, inclusive, and unapologetically fun.

Every ticket helps support Heroes of Today and the work we do to create safe, welcoming spaces that combat loneliness and bring people together through genuine connection. By joining us, you’re not just enjoying a great night out — you’re helping fund community groups, conversations, and experiences that remind people they’re not alone. Come for the bingo, stay for the impact, and leave knowing you’ve helped make something meaningful happen.
